★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baru je tadi abg ipar saya kena. saya recomend kat abg ipar beli freezer kat bndar putra ni. org yg dia deal tu suruh ketuk pintu shutter. bila dh ketuk, ada staff cakap suruh tunggu 20 minit sebab MEREKA NAK MAKAN. RASANYA KALAU NAK MAKAN KE APA BOLEH KOT GILIR2. ATAU BAGITHU AWAL2 YANG Staff2 kat situ NAK MAKAN DULU. so takdalah abg ipar saya kena tggu depan tu lama and mcm lah dia takde urusan lain pulak. second, itu hari mak saya nak beli vacum, biasalah org tua mmg lmbat sikit nak faham cara guna vacum tu. ada sorang staff sana tunjuk ajar mcm acuh tak acuh. tolong lah IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE TU. ITU JE NAK TEGUR. SBB SAYA PUN KERJA BERHADAPAN DGN CUSTOMER JUGAK.. saya boleh je layan customer saya elok2. OK THANKS
Just now my brother -in -law got hit. I recommend that my brother -in -law buy a freezer in this son's city. The person he dealt with told him to knock on the shutter door. when dh knocked, some staff said to wait 20 minutes because THEY WANT TO EAT. I FEEL IF I WANT TO EAT, I CAN TURN MY COAT. OR TELL ME EARLY THAT THE STAFF WANT TO EAT FIRST. So it's not like my brother -in -law has to wait a long time and then he doesn't have any other business. second, that's the day my mother wants to buy a vacuum, usually old people are a little slow to understand how to use the vacuum. there is a staff there to teach mcm indifferently. PLEASE IMPROVE THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITU JE NAK TEGUR. SBB I ALSO WORK DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS AS WELL .. I can serve my customers well. OK THANKS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually i was gonna shopping here but though it was a disappointment about delivery date they would send but can't tell whether it is possibly send early or maybe later late...the things is it is not a good suggestion to my niece that come earlier today...most of all the staff were not good or maybe not very experienced in customer describe by their appearance...so make it counts as they treat them like they dont have enough money....by the way.... should be improved more on customer experience...tq cheers...

Dont have good skill to recommend product to customer.
Bad product recommend bcos cannot get any tv signal .
Bought aerial at rm 40 and cannot refund due to out of service.
Please dont come to buy any product.
