β β β β β I went for the scalp treatment session which I bought via ClassPass. My discontent started from the moment I entered the outlet. I wasnβt even greeted properly, asked to wait without any explanation. I was then brought to wash my hair by this very young looking girl who was happier to use hand gestures than her voice. Upon my hair wash, I had to sit back at the waiting area by the door as there wasnβt event seats. After waiting awhile I was brought to a seat that was just vacated where the young girl (who did not introduce herself) proceeded to part my hair and put in some menthol based paste on my scalp. No explanation given, no scalp scanning to checking before hand. Nothing. Then l had to sit under the steamer that was not adjusted properly so water kept dripping on me whole the steam stung the back of my neck. After some time, it was hair wash time. This young girl had no idea what to do and kept having to go back to a senior staff and ask what next. She didnβt even know if there was conditioner for the hair wash. Hair wash time, after a long time in the hot steamer, she used cold water to wash my scalp. Talk about bringing on an instant headache. Then it was hair dryer time. Now a slightly vocal girl took over, saw my hair and straight commented I need tonic as my hair was thin. No asking if history, no suggestion on tonics nothing. Then asked how would I like to have my hair dried and once done thank u you may leave. Horrible non friendly service. Just because Iβm a ClassPass user doesnβt mean I get substandard treatment. Never coming back here and I do not recommend it to anyone. My whole session ended in one hour when I booked a two hour session on CP. really discontented and not happy at all.

β β β β β Got a haircut, color and highlights done and was really satisfied with the outcome. Wanted something fuss free and low maintenance where my hair will still look good even when my hair grows out and the hairstylist recommended this color combination.

β β β β β Mimi was an absolute sweetheart to work with! I showed her a picture of the balayage I wanted and she gave such helpful advice on what colour would suit my skin tone. I took her advice and I couldnβt be happier with the end result!! The price was extremely reasonable too! Would highly recommend to anyone :)

β β β β β On a typical, mom and son bonding day. I brought my mom here to pamper her. She has been growing out her hair since MCO and wanted a new hairdo. So I brought her here. Lo and behold! they have made my mom looking 10 years younger! Mind you she's old (60+) but with the new hairdo + brown highlights, she looks like a famous 50 year old HK actress now. Wow! Definitely bringing my girlfriend here next time.
The service was superb and friendly. Also, I think the chair was comfortable too as my mom did not complaint about it. Great location, as I could go and get coffee nearby while waiting for my mom.
All in all, great service, great value. Can't complain!

β β β β β Im commenting from secondary client POI. Send wife here for a change. Found the place online and decided to try. Place is small but cozy. Wife give thumbs up, secured/covered location for muslimah to do their hair without worry. Most importantly, the session was nice and easy without staff talking too much among themselves or asking any personal question to wife. Will send her here again. Keep it up

I would highly recommend this salon for hair coloring and their keratin treatment. Wonderful experience! I had horrible patchy bleached and damaged hair due to experimenting with my hair during the MCO and they helped my hair color so much that i can hardly see the uneven parts of my bleached hair. The keratin treatment helped to make my dry and frizzy hair smooth and manageable as well, and my hair looks really healthy!
I'm very happy with my hair color now. I left feeling so beautiful with my new mane.
If you are looking for a hair salon that offers value for money, I will definitely recommend Dashing Diva Plaza Damas.
