โ โ โ โ โ 1.Poor customer service, they keep providing irrelevant excuses for all our questions not only tht, one of their front-desk ppl very2 rude (unknown man) whereby i am only asking for the flight details as promised by them. I called them 3/2 days bfr the trip , how come they gave excuses?!isnt it crazy?
-they need to be transparent on wht they r facing
2. They r mountains of promises tht they dont fulfilled
1)type of hotels(distance frm the main attraction)
-many of customers attracted to this travel agency because of the PROMISED distance , and sadly most of the customers hv less ability in long distance walking .
2)more on diy umrah
- shockingly, all the preparation/ibadah in the plane need to be done individually (as there is no mutawwif)
-alhamdulillah, we r on the same plane trip with PERSADA travel, so we โmenumpangโ their mutawwif. All the questions and confusions are greatly responded by their mutawwif, eventhough we r not in the same umbrella??
# this complaints are not here to ruin your business, i am here to secure your place in the industry BUT, with improvements# i am sure that this company can be way more better

โ โ โ โ โ 1) No representative from the agency waiting for us at Jeddah Airport to guide us to hotel. It was quite hard for jemaah to handle it on our own since we are not familiar with the place, authority and the language.
2)Late in providing important details such as flight details and itinery. also need to be improved in customer service.
3)Once again there is no representative at Madinah airport to guide us for luggage and the authority there.
I'm quite dissapointed with the situation but at the same time thankful to Allah because of these small tests given. However, for the company need to be improved,ikhtiar and take account into these matters. After that only then we can tawakkal n doa so that there is no such situation happened to jemaah. there will be great pahala given if we able to ease jemaah that want to perform their ibadah there.
#credit was given to mutawiff and mutawiffah for their informative speech and only Allah can repay it. Jazakumullah khairan kathira.
