★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empty flat space like all dataran is. Open to public. Maintained by local council. Potted plants, trees here and there. State flags everywhere.
We were here expecting people having an evening stroll, kids playing kites or roller blades. Instead there is an event here. Looks like motoring event, although the banner around said to be mixed event.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to sweat by jog, for hang up and socialize, and at night u can find food truck and small stall here to eat and drink. Most stalls open until midnight. Not so crowded. Normally a place where locals just chill out and for travellers to rest and relax.
