★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The square consist of 5 arches (inclusive of 3 across the adjacent street), a fountains, the tourist information center and a dilapidated red telephone box (without the phone inside). It will be great if the town restore the telephone box so that visitors can go into the box for great photo opportunity. The backdrop on one side is the Sungai Kangsar that flows into the Sungai Perak; and on the other is the roundabout hosting the Clock Tower (a commemorate for the coronation of King George VI), the old Post Office and the Malaysian Airforce Mcdonnell Douglas A-4 Skyhawk jet fighter. Across the adjacent street are 2 street arts of local food and elephants.
