★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a true gem. The beach opposite is my favourite on the island. I ate here 2 days in a row and my hotel was 30mins away.
I got the Thai fried rice which was delicious, it did taste better the first time I had it as it was cooked by another cook. On the second day I also got the same dish and also got mantis shrimp with chilli.
Super cheap. Food is fresh, the place is no frills, but if like tatsy food then eat here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: on recent visit restaurant was so busy and waited an hour to get my order. Food was meh, different from last time.
Simple eatery but with very decent food. I had seafood tomyam and deep fried squid, both were good. They use wild sea prawns in the tomyam and it was fresh. Price was cheap. Good option in the air hangat/tanjung rhu area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best value for money meal you can get anywhere on the island. RM55 for a meal for 2 incl fish, tomyam, vege, omelette, rice and drinks at generous proportions. Wonderful! Only thing is that they might take a while to serve, be patient. The lady that took our order was also jovial and pleasant to meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dining here when I was stay at four seasons, 4 minutes drive from hotel. Its crowded during dinner, nice little restaurant with limited seat. Be patient food serving may take long hours to wait.
Order simple food, Pad thai, seafood tomyam and daging paprik, may be the chef good in Thai cooking only, daging paprik terrible salty, however, Padthai and Tomyam delicious and authentic
Staff are friendly and nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Semuaaaaa sedap! All are delicious. Price are quite cheap too. We ordered for take out with food containers we provide. As we have large members, we decided to eat in our villa. The service might took a little longer. Looks like they were prioritized dined in customers. Or customer who wait at the restaurant, while we just left after ordering (with deposit of course). After an hour, when we returned to the restaurant, our orders were still not done yet. But fortunately, all foods & drinks are delicious. Its forgivable then. Thank you.

Perfect place to eat especially if you are on the way to Tanjung Rhu Beach and mangrove. Highly recommended and employees observed all COVID protocols and best practices.
