• The Office always close mentioned system down, cause waste of time to the public. Kindly please look into this issue and fix it as soonest.
• Waiting time is just fine not too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely slow staff and procedure of work. Customers not provided with queue number and had to queue up to the counter, despite the seats being vacant. Had to spend 15 minutes at the counter just to pay a simple bill, on top of the 20 minutes queuing up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time, a one counter operation, max 2. Service level is below average, especially on the speed & enquiry (will seldom get clear nor useful advice). Air conditioned. Avoid peak hours. Parking is hard to find as mostly are reserved for DBKL ... avoid getting summons by them for double park.
