โ โ โ โ โ Today I was in tower 3 for MOT matter.
Reception counter and security guard was friendly and helpful till next I met this lady located at Level 6,Tower 3 DBKL unit jualan. This lady so rude and unfriendly.
when i asked her what document or who should liaise with,she told me this in high tune without explaining to me โYou duduk LAH dulu,dudukโ
For the min,since you in reception counter level 6,just inform your customer to wait for someone to attend to you instead.

what a best service.
the problem is when i come to check status of letter they will say "you're request still pending".
what a wasting time.
but everything just ok, they will settle it after 1 month.

โ โ โ โ โ Came here for a visit as there is a banner about PSKL, basically the future plans of KL.
There is a tiny booth with 3 people standing and bunch of posters. Walked up to the guy and ask what isit about and he replied: "no idea, you need to go to Tower 1 for more detail, we are here to take care of the booth"
I was also confused on what isit about and the guy just hand me a book to read but I cant take it back and if I do want it, I have to buy it at Tower 1.
I dont see the point of having a staff who do not understand what they are showcasing.
