โ โ โ โ โ Room is clean and neat, but air-con is a big disappointed.
stay 2 night there sweat whole night long. Air-con really need to service, saw review from other customer also complain about air-con on this room, tot while i visit, this problem will settle but not. Having two sleepless night at the end..
Another issue is room key and parking.
I am not informed i have to call the number listed in booking to get my key. Found that once i arrive upon check in. Try call couple time manage get people answer. I have to inform the guard in lobby to get PIC come down to take me to 31st floor (another lobby) while i get the room key and parking card. i try to ask for my parking in the building but cannot void it. so i have to paid RM 4 for that. while you check out, you returned key and you must park your car in the visitor area. otherwise your car cannot go out. so paid another RM2 for that.
Remember the lobby at 31st floor only from 8 am to 10 pm. so for who like to have early check out can drop your key in mailbox they appointed for. and get the deposit after that from Bank transfer.
Overall is ok. the place still new , close to Parkson Shopping center and Setia city convention centre.
You can have meal at ground floor 24 hours restaurant which is operate by our Indian friend. Inexpensive food is acceptable.

โ โ โ โ โ We stayed in the family suite for 1 night. The place was spacious & my kids love it. It's also near the shopping mall. However, the check in process was a bit slow. We have to wait about 15 mins. No clear instructions was given for check in. Extension of checkout info wasn't clearly relate as well as the collection of deposit. However I am please with the clarification we had from Jocelyn after I give them a call to find out.

โ โ โ โ โ Good: nice big apartment, well furnished, clean, well lighted, pleasant.
Not so good: one towel smells badly, door lock faulty and had to be repaired, only one access card offered, check in was a major hassle as with checking out, no wifi.

Suggestion:
To have a front counter at lobby. First comer might not know whether they are in the correct place.

โ โ โ โ โ Room is good, with wide balcony, small kitchen, sofa and other amenities. Value for money. I give one star less because there was trouble checking out in the morning. Upon check in I was told then I can check out just by dropping the key cards and get back my deposit at the lobby security counter. Turned out the security counter did not entertain us and we had to wait for hotel staff to come and get the key. The staff not authorised to return deposit and had to wait for one day for the management to bank into my bank account. Inconvenient for checking out.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm very disappointed ? don't have bowl for eat and just 1 spoon and I mug only ? tv just usb connection only not WiFi or Netflix..I'm really hate with this service ..mattress also not good enough ? please let costumer know the details about this don't make they all disappointed like me ..

โ โ โ โ โ They need to improve the housekeeping, repair the toiletโs door handle, refill the shower gel, maybe consider to change the mattress as I can felt the spring when I lie down. The check in process also not really convenient.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst experience ever for the price paid. Check in process was very hassle, need to bank in security deposit la, need to send IC copy la, parking also hassle. Need to take pass first before can park inside building. To add on all that, very rude staff/owner who handles the check in process. Not happy the way she treat me. Room was very basic, no toiletries and dirty toilet with clogged water hole. Not recommended
