Production very slow. a bit regret taking from big company. They chase after number not service.

They installed/designed one of the glass panels wrongly. I had to pay for the first replacement cause technically glass has no warranty (unless it was a design failure). They replaced the second broken glass panel at their cost basically admitting it was a design fault. But refused to refund my RM700+ for the first replacement glass panel.

bad experience de sky sales team attitude. Site visit appointment reschedule 2 time. The sales rep not expert in measurement. site visit proceed 2 time to complete. Meet at show room also can late more than 40 min. Keep waiting quotation more that a month. sales rep alway reply will send later.. Until today pending on quotation reply Feel so bad

They installed the polycarbonate awning last July and there was leaking. It has a 1 year warranty but after coming twice to repair, it continues to leak. Then they blame the concrete slab, claiming that there is cracks causing the leak. Very bad service. Promises not kept. Until now still leaking.
