Cons: Lack of attentiveness towards what the customer want; I’ve showed the stylist a picture of me last year of how I wanted my hair to be cut & styled & how I had specifically requested for ‘rebonding’ but instead I was suggested the relaxing treatment instead. I was asked if I wanted a senior pro or a junior to do my hair, & I went with pro.
1. When asked the difference btw rebonding & relaxing, I was given a vague answer of how long it will lasts & just told me those two are basically the same. Cuz the latter does not lasts as long as the first options & stylist just give the impression that both treatment gives same effects. Which.Is.Not. It’s not about how the latter is more cost efficient, I prefer the 1st treatment cuz I wanted it to last longer.
2. I get that you have to trained your trainees (cuz practical season & all) but when the stylist had to re-do the hair cuz some parts were missed (the applying chemical & straightening part) & not done properly by the trainee & basically had to have an extra hour longer to get it done, that is not efficient. My hair is not an experimentation mannequin for your trainee. If it takes an hour longer because it takes time for the application to take in then I would be fine, but instead the stylist went on & on how it’s just an extra touch up after openly mentioned how some parts were missed earlier! At least don’t try to downplay it & deal it with a certain level of competency that does not demeaned & disregard what the customer had asked & said.
Overall, the staff are friendly. No complain on that part. But if anyone have an already pre-fixed style or method they wanted, just make sure you get the right stylist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love it here, at 1st I tot eh give it a try but realized they are damn professional. I have been a regular since then. They style is up to date, the product they used are real quality. I dyed my hair and it lasted for months. Even the 1st day after dying my hair, the colour never came off and stain the towels.
Just in case anyone were wondering, they really are a saloon not a barber shop disguise as saloon so they could charged extra. For a saloon, their prices isn't that expensive but of course if u compare to a barber shop then eh...
