★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here many times since 15 years ago, and could hardly forget their signature hainanese chicken chop.
However, was rather disappointed this time. Food was served in about 10 minutes or less (you can imagine what and why). Both the chicken and fries were pre-fried. Hence, the food was soft and not crispy / crunchy.

Service was prompt but was serve undercooked chicken. Complained to the captain and it was replaced, albeit taking a bit longer. No apologies or complimentary dessert or discount though.
Food was generally okay and the ice lemon tea was good. Saw a group of uncles ordering pies and beers for Friday lunch - would like to try that out one day?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiet cosy place. There is no echo despite a crowded place. Attentive staffs. Prompt service and food is served fast. Price is reasonable for portions. Taste is not bad, though drinks could be a tad sweeter.
