β β β β β Today, 19 December 2020, I went to one of the Jotun Hardware to buy two stainless steel soap dishes and two padlocks. The salesperson there, a Malay girl was super nice. But I did not have a good experience when I went to make payment. The lady in charge was very slow. She didn't care much that I was waiting to pay. She had a problem with the previous customer and so I waited. But when that issue was over, she was slow in attending to me. I had to voice out that I am in a hurry and only then she attended to me and even then she wasn't making efforts to do it quickly. I grabbed all my things and walked out in a hurry after my payment was made. I wish people doing sales will make customers happy rather than annoy them with their tardiness.
