★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb 5 ? briyani & lamb shank. Beats some other popular oldies of Penang. The clean ambience and air conditioned place is great for lunch during my route of the arts street of Georgetown. Friendly and very helpful guide given by the young owner. He offered free almond vermicelli dessert for me to try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was so good with a reasonable portion. We tried the mutton briyani, prawn briyani and tandoori chicken. Mutton was tender and well flavoured, prawn was well cooked and the accompanying drinks were refreshing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biyrini was very good, nice and hot in a clay pot, the place has air conditioning, one of the reasons I went there. The lamb shank needed to be more tender and soft. Meat was tough. I also wish the biyrini was made with the lamb and not separate, the rice did not have any lamb taste. The curry was very good and not too spicy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the food here, with the rice served in Claypot dishes. Reasonable prices also, the Chicken Biryani RM13, even more delicious is the Chicken Tikka (served in a spicy sause) with Biryani Rice, RM15. It's been quiet when I've been in early afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered mutton claypot biryani and the taste is quite good. The portion of mutton inside is quite generous and the meat is tender. Will come again next time when i crave for biryani. The shop is a bit narrow, but it is fine as long as it is not crowded.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst briyani I ate in Penang. Not worth for the money paid. Normal rice used instead of briyani rice. There was only one mutton piece in mutton briyani (which was not cooked). Butter chicken tikka masala is just ayam madu served with cheese. Gosh the horribleness of the food! Not worth it at all. This place is not even worth one star.
