I'm writing to air my complaints about the very poor service that I received at your restaurant, De House on 24 December 2017 in regards to the staff's attitude and lack of communication which have spoiled our high expectations of your restaurant and eventually spoiled the evening for my family and friends.
On that day,we arrived at the restaurant and no one received us.I have tried to discuss with her that this is not what I have booked for but her conversations manner is appealing.She didn't listen and didn't give me a chance to speak and constantly tried to silence me up which I found very uncomfortable and irrespectable.The food was wrongly served and wasn't follow what customer need.And they also charged the bill wrongly.I'm very dissapointed with the restaurant,De House

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Slow and forgot to serve one of my order (Hawaiian pizza). I ask for 3 times about my pizza n they keep forgetting. The third time i ask, he said he forgot to key in my pizza. Me n my friend waited for that pizza for 1 hour. Wasted time. And when we went back we saw wine in the receipt but we never oder wine cause it’s not in the menu. How come u key in wine in our receipt?! I want my refund rm28. Never come to this restaurant again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the restaurant when I was looking for food in one city, the restaurant is quite special with it roof top alfresco dinning. Started with escargot that was filled with cheese that was stretchy. Followed by the mains with chicken chop that is cooked to perfection with good consistency. Ended off with the crepe that is cooked it in-front of you!
