★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad quality, bad service. Bought R8 Gun Metal fan, after one year, start to have problem. Need to repair every year. Now got problem again, messaged on website twice, emailed once, then only responded. Promised that their team will call me, waiting for two days, no one contacts me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been aiming for this kind of ceiling fan for my house to match the one that we already have. One of the criteria that I really like is that this ceiling fan is has no noisy sound and what's more some of my friend said they used the same brand for years and it's still working good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using DEKA fans since 2 years back and so far the conditions are still superb. What I like most about the DEKA fans are its durability and exclusive design which are above the normal standard. I even proposed DEKA fans to the house owners which I handled for rental purpose and they love it because DEKA fans are affordable with an acceptable quality. Terbaik.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 10 units of Deka fans for my new house a few years back. The Deka fan in my bedroom started to change speed or shut off by itself a few times within the warranty period even when it was hardly used (weekend stays). Another fan in another bedroom also has a similar issue but at a lower frequency.
The Deka tech replaced an electronic circuit board for my bedroom but refused to change that for the other bedroom because it occurred less frequently -- I did not think it was a major issue then.
Just right after the 1-year warranty, 6 of the fans have the same problem while the others are still hardly used. The fans would stop or change to high speeds disturbing our sleep.
One of the 6 fans cannot be used and the others are not ON consistently.
As the repairs by the tech costs a fair bit and the fans continue to fail after repairs, we decided not to repair Deka fans anymore and look forward to buying other more reliable brands.
I was also appalled by Deka customer service customer service attitude.
So, no Deka fans for me and my relatives or friends.

Called Deka CS to arrange appointment without hassles and technician whatsapped (after failing to call me on spot inspection) to rearrange appointment. Inspection and transport fee RM40 only. My instant heater was clogged due dirty incoming water, need no further parts replacement after he brought it back to check. The instant heater with pump DSP1 has been working good for 10 years, thanks to Technician’s Care Tips.
