★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this out of worries for the safety of your employees and the cleanliness of your outlet. As a regular who works in the Sheraton building, I have been coming to your cafe every single day. I love your coffee, pastries and your staff Amir & Khairul's banters and positive attitude are always heartening. But today as I was making payment, and I saw the condition of your cafe, I was totally taken aback. The flooring, leaking, and poor cafe structure are seriously alarming. I'm not sure if this comply with the safety and cleanliness guidelines in F&B. What I saw was truly disgusting.. especially with the water leaking from the cafe, it's so dangerous because people can trip over at any times... How can you let your workers work in this poor condition all day I have no idea... - a seriously concerned customer
