★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the data center and the regional office for Dell in Asia. They occupied quite a big piece of land in Cyberjaya and looking at the size of their cafe, I am imagining that the staff strength is also huge. Thank you for helping to boost Malaysian economy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to work. Not perfect but there's ample parking (open), cafeteria, clinic, fun areas etc. It's a place to work, so I'm not expecting anything exciting however due to the size, it does offer some good facilities

Recently DELL has invested a Dell Digital Lab on the 1st floor which will be running operation in Dell Digital Way (adapted from Pivotal Way). The lab is being improved continuously and now we have budget for snacks and books.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been fan of Dell products since last many years. I preferred to purchase Dell products whether laptop or desktop.
So, lets come to my complaints.
Today, I purchased Dell 24" monitor but its both cables (HDMI and VGA) are not compatible with my desktop computer Dell Optiplex 7070.
Provided VGA cable has male connector and to my utter disappointment, the built-in connector with my Optiplex 7070 is also male. So, VGA cable is useless for me.
Same is the situation with provided HDMI cable because it is not compatible with default DisplayPort in Dell Optiplex.
So, dear Dell, why you manufacture such incompatible devices?
To aggravate it, Dell website provides utterly poor user experience. First, it takes me to the site version of some other country, the Pakistan version of Dell website is purely useless. first of all, website provides no info about the DP to HDMI adapter. It provides no help at all. Some of the links on website do not work at all - example is chat support.
Dear Dell, I had a great image in my about Dell but today it all faded out. I will never buy your devices again. I will never trust Dell again.
Yes, one customer is not important for you. I will also share my bad experience with Dell with the world in my next blog article.
Dell was great in the past but it is no more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good working place and facilities. There is a gym, cafeteria, play areas and even a VR setup for VR games. I used to work here 1 year back and couldn't go there much because of the pandemic.
