★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to change the name for my cukai taksiran account. Arrived just after 8 a.m.and was done within 5 minutes. Take the monorail to Medan Tuanku, then a comfortable 5 minute walk on the elevated walkway to Menara TH Perdana. Convenient and efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the department of valuation and property management (DBKL) recently to turn in form I&J for ownership transfer. They have moved to a new location at 14th Floor, Menara Bumiputera Commerce which is near Jalan Raja Laut. If you pick up the I&J Form, the new address will be listed there. Do bring a copy of S&P and your IC front/back.
The department is no longer operating at Menara TH Perdana.
Underground parking is ample and once you reach the lobby, you will need to register. I went to the 14th floor first but was told that the office to turn in the form is located on the 13th floor.
There is ample seating area, however on that day, there was no one there and the whole process took less than 10 minutes. Overall, a smooth process with knowledgeable staff.
