★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service teruk. Staf bertugas sombong. Lansung x senyum dan x mesra. Saya buat pertukaran nama pemegang lesen; haiwan dua ekor dia keluar surat seekor. Buang masa saya nak kena ulang alik. Jaga haiwan terlindung tapi dokumen pun boleh typo.
 Bad service. The staff is on duty. Smile x smile and x friendly. I changed the name of the licensee; the two-tailed animal got out a letter. I wasted my time getting commutes. Keep animals protected but documents can be typed.

The term PERHILITAN is the abbreviation for ‘Perlindungan Hidupan Liar dan Taman Negara’ or Wildlife and National Parks Protection is a governmental organisation that is responsible for the protection, management and preservation of wildlife and national parks in Peninsular Malaysia, established under the Wildlife Protection Act 1972, which consolidated all the West Malaysian states' game departments and subsequently placed under the purview of Malaysian Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment in 2006, with a Director taking charge of the overall monitoring and conservation activities.
As for East Malaysia, the same tasks in Sabah are placed under the responsibility of the Sabah Wildlife Department and Sabah Parks, while for Sarawak, it is placed under the responsibility of Sarawak Forest Corporation.
