★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8/1/2021 bas mutiara servis sgt teruk .. booking tiket online dgn red bas.. dan dlm sistem bas mutiara tade .. so driver bas xamek pnumpang .. kami tggu smapai 5 jam .. bas ke mersing - jerteh 10:45pm sepatutnyaa .. tp smpai kul 2pagi xsmapai .. duk call ckp bas rosak kami tggu lagi last kul 2pagi call ckp bas terlepas .. !!

8/1/2021 pearl bus service is very bad .. booking tickets online with red bus .. and in the pearl bus system tade .. so bus driver xamek pnumpang .. we waited until 5 hours .. bus to mersing - jerteh 10:45 pm supposedly .. tp smpai kul 2pagi xsmapai .. duk call ckp bus rosak kami tggu lagi last kul 2pagi call ckp bas terlepas .. !!
morning 9/1/2021 ckp our seat tickets are in the pearl bus system .. !!! The pearl bus staff is very bad !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat teruk. Perjalanan dr terengganu-KL ambil masa 12 jam. Bas berhenti di setiap tempat. Dlm tiket tulis 8jam. Tp ambil masa 12jam? Pengalaman yg teruk
Very bad. The journey from Terengganu to KL takes 12 hours. Buses stop at every place. In the 8 -hour written ticket. Tp take 12 hours? Bad experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bas yang terbaik, dari 2017 sehingga 2020 mmg pakai bas ni setiap bulan dari jitra ke Bukit Beruntung. Bas hijau kuning dan bas pink petron, sampai driver bas pink petron tu pon dah meninggal dunia.. service terbaik, driver bawak berpada, walaupon slow, tapi alhamdulillah tak pernah mengalami kecelakaan..nak rasa selamat and semua driver terlatih, boleh guna kan khidmat mutiara ni.
And satu lagi, kenapa skarang dah takda eh changlon ke Bukit Beruntung???
The best bus, from 2017 to 2020, use this bus every month from Jitra to Bukit Beruntung. Yellow green bus and pink petron bus, until the driver of the pink petron bus passed away .. the best service, the driver came, although slow, but thank God he never had an accident .. I want to feel safe and all drivers are trained, you can use the service pearls are.
And one more thing, why isn't Changlon to Bukit Beruntung now ???
