β β β β β I bought the adapter from him, and he said it was the original one. As a result, the first one was sent and burnt in less than a day. I replaced it with another one. It burned again in less than 10 minutes. I asked Dere Official and they said it was not the original one. This shop is simply deceiving consumers.

β β β β β My advice is better go for more world well-known brand like Teclast , Alldocube or CHUWI or Acer and so on which Quality control and Built material alot better than this Dere Lousy low Quality Control OEM brand even Local malaysia Joi brand is better built quality than Dere,

β β β β β Worst ever laptop brand so far , Bought 3 pcs dere laptop all come with problem , microphone issue , camera issue , screen issue , battery issue, 1 within 1 month issue , another 2 after 3 months have issues, bring to service centre for warranty claim, now after 4 months still yet solve , wasted time and money , My Alldocube GTBOOK bought form alldocube official lazada much cheaper and better quality, and faster until today still using .. and Alldocube tell me Dere is copy and oem of alldocube 18years brand and teclast brand. and i notice this dere brand is illegal in malaysia as without sirim / MCMC approved license . I will never buy and trust this Dere brand anymore. Lousy brand ..imagize 3 laptop of this brand 3 all borken within 6 months .. and after 4 months given to service centre , keep on delay and delay ..I will complain and make report to tribunal pengguna to claim my money back ... stupid dere brand .. no more for me.

β β β β β Thank you very much maintenance staff Mr Luqman. Very easy to deal with him. My problem is my dere laptop screen was black-out when i watched kdrama. So when i arrived in service centre, Mr Luqman explained the process what should i do to proceed the repair. Since i bought this laptop thru Shopee, i need to chat with shopee seller to get the code to proceed the service.
Once i get the code, Mr Luqman provide me the service order form. They will update u on the progress within 5 working days. If not, feel free to follow up by urself.
I sent my laptop on Monday. My laptop status ready to collect on Friday.
They change the new motherboard & RAM and it is free because still in warranty. Thank you very much Dere Team.

β β β β β Worst service center I have ever met. I bought a defective laptop for 2 months. I need to send to service center for two times. It keeps dragging my time because each time needs to be more than 1 month. Every time I need to follow up with my laptop by myself so that they will tell me what happened to my laptop. I remember the first time I followed up with the progress and realized that it has been done for 1 week. Until I call them, they start delivering my laptop. When I get my laptop back, they format my laptop without reinstalling the window system.
