★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to many facial salons for the past fifteen years. Sometimes when you want to call yourself a five star salon,maybe you need to re-evaluate on the basics. A small IKEA blanket might not be enough to cover the client when it's quite cold in there. The bed was slightly uncomfortable when it was raised during the resting/waiting period as it tilted on one side. I got a slight neck pain because of it. Also, the salon prides on their pro white micro needling servicing but what I'm curious about is, how come all the intensive treatment doesn't include extraction beforehand? The price of the treatments, though cheap (but not crazy cheap) is priced that way for a reason. At the end of the treatment, I felt like my skin doesn't feel as rejuvenated nor clean as it should be, because the extraction wasn't done before micro needling so it felt incomplete. And surprisingly, my skin was really bare-naked and they didn't put sunblock right after the prowhite treatment. When asked about it, the beautician only mentioned that sunblock wasn't needed for that day. I should apply it the following day. The sun was still blazing outside, and you want me to walk outside without any protection after doing micro needling? This place is outrageous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The face massage is the best. The beautician is very skillful. The treatment is quite pricey but worth every penny as it provides the best treatment. Would suggest the medispa to try to have eye treatment in the future. Would be back for more
