My current skin condition really improved after three treatments in a month. Still have another more treatments but the result is superb. A very professional services by Senior Therapist (Kak Iyqa) who gave me a lot of advices and consultation on my skin problem.Alhamdulillah, for now im still under treatment but my skin is getting better day by day. The place is so clean and neat. Lots of love. Highly recommended! Thanks again Kak Iyqa!

The ambience is nice too. Most importantly, the staffs are friendly, skillful and efficient. Thanks to Yana and her team, my skin is much better now.

1) Service
In terms of service, their staff were friendly and nice. They also won't force or hard-sell the product or facial packages.
Besides that,it always the same beauty therapist that attend to my skin condition since the first time I visited Dermalene KB.
2)Facial treatment
About their facial treatment, I think it was affordable and delivers what it says.
Their beauty therapist will scan our face and suggest suitable treament based on our skin problems.
My pimples and acne scars also getting better after getting facial treatment here.
3)Location
Dermalene KB is easy to find by Waze/Google Map and easy to park.
4) Environment
The environment is clean and nice where you can relax while listening some relaxing music and enjoy the facial treatment.
Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very professional and top-notch service! I decided to come here because of really good reviews I read online and it didn’t disappoint at all. In My first visit, a senior therapist (Kak Yana) gave me a detailed consultation on skin and suggested on a suitable package that met my needs. The staff are all Super friendly and helpful, and the clinic is always able to accommodate to my change in schedule. My skin condition really improved a lot after the first treatment (still undergoing treatment) and most important feel more confident. I really appreciate their service!
Would highly recommend and would use the clinic for other services in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My honest review dor Dermalene is very affordable for the price even though a bit pricey compared to Hannan but the result came out superb !!! My skin got even better than before and my acne & dark scar problem has been solved ❤️ thanks a lot dermalene for the service and also forgot to mention that therapist (Reen) soooo friendly , kindly answer to my thought endlessly !!!

It just did not worth the money. The staff did listen to my issue (sensitive dry skin). However, i still end up with dry skin at the end of the session. Crack dry. I did ask the reason that they do not offer a moisturiser at the end, like the rest of spa in kb (aster spring, herbaline etc), she just mention that it is not in their service.
So i just pay and use my own moisturiser.
