β β β β β Room is clean, there is an elevator, but usually wait for long, it is faster when u use the stair. They had buy one get one free promotion that day. A goof budget hotel for all.

β β β β β This hotel is owner by a serialpreneur who owns palm plantation, restaurants and even construction.
This budget hotel which hosts 29 rooms. Have 3 different categories from standard, premium and deluxe. Where the price is affordable from RM69/RM79/RM89.
Where the premium have a mini bar and the deluxe is meant for a family of 4 pax.
This place also have a conference room that can sit in 80 pax with only chairs but if it's pax with table than its only 50 pax.
What I'm pleased is that there is wi-fi available at all floors and private parking available reserve only for guests.
And also in addition is right across Suki Kopitiam which solves your breakfast & lunch needs. There is aunty who also sells nasi Lemak and fried beehon in front in case if you're hungry.
Then downstairs in lobby area, there is also a pay per drink fridge in case of your thirsty. And a 24/7 reception.
Overall I'm satisfied with the rooms considering that's budget the shower does not work but the weather is generally not. So it doesn't bother me. But there was strains of hair left behind in the shower trap. And also the ceiling in the washroom is leaking but lucky is direct to the sink. So it's not obvious.
The beds are comfortable and clean but when I tried to watch the TVοΌ I could only on and off physically and can't mute not change channel with the record control. But this doesn't bother me too, as the WiFi is good and most people don't watch TV anyway.
And the Glassdoor leading to the balcony cannot be locked, but then again the room it's hard to be assessed from outside unless the person have Spider-Man skills. So I wasn't really worried at room 304.
As because the property has been around for 20 years since 2020. I would say leaks and things breaking down are expected.

β β β β β It's clean and what do you expect in a small town like this? We are here for a rugby weekend, brought my whole family here. I'm pleased as it is kept clean.
It's very cost efficient, and we are not here to stay in the hotel room.
Just hope in future they can have a vinyl flooring as safety feature for toddlers and babies ?And a refrigerator ?

β β β β β Excellence customer service and cleaniness at its highest level. Home kinda feeling and rooms comes with balcony. Wifi, aircond and elevator are good. Limited parking space but managed well. Small town with good food. The hotel is in the middle of town and all within walking distance (restaurants, grocery mall, banks, etc.).

β β β β β A simple, clean, no fuss, nothing fancy and veryreaso able accomodation in the heart of Kuala Pilah town within walking distance to the town commercial area. They only take cash term. They also offered 3 beds in a room which not many hotel in the town. The registration was no fuss and fast. Suitable for short staycation.

β β β β β Location was good, walking distance to the supermarket, food stall and on weekends you can enjoy open concept food stalls with baskers singing your favourite songs. The room was clean but it was not sound proof so you could hear sounds of vehicles, bit rundown but otherwise its ok
