1.The location was quite remote with just one small signage right in front of the farmhouse entrance pointing the direction to the farmhouse.dont use waze.you will be lost.use google maps instead.
2.first impression was ok.clean and neat.they need to improve on lanscaping.
3.the was murky.there was a lot of polypipe in the river and gabion on the side of riverbank was really a turn off.
4.chalet was nice and clean but quite small even for a couple.
5.the villa/bungalow a bit far with only accessible by foot (need to cross the stepped narrow bridged).not trolley friendly.a bit unconvenient to tranfer luggage and necessities from car to the villa and back.
6.bbq stove not properly maintained.most of the burner was not funtional.the temprature gauge was broken
7.water overflowing from the septic tank.
8.kitchen was to small to cater for more than 20 pax.
9.the pool uses water from the stream.so the water quality is just as bad as mentioned on point 3.
Positive
1.the open space to park the car was sufficient.probably can fit 10-15 cars.
2.the environtment was serene
3.the grass was well maintained.
4.the chalet was clustered (6units) in between the stream and fish pond
5.there was an opened small house can be use as surau/indoor activity etc.
6.the villa/bungalow was beautifully design (aesthetic).
7.interior of the bungalow was complete with furniture.the room and bathroom was spacious,cozy and neat
8.bbq place was well ventilated with tiles bench available.the area was well shaded under the hut/gazebo
9. All area was gated.
10.open area/field was nice and sufficient for telematch activity.
11.area was well lit at night.

The bungalow can accommodate up to 20+ people.
There are 3 bedrooms, 1 with attached bathroom and 2 with a shared bathroom.
It is possible to cook there, they have stove, rice cooker, a fridge, an oven, water boiler and sets of dinnerware. And interestingly, there is a proper gas grill set located outside the house to be used.
Just beside the bungalow, there are a small farm of deers and a rabbit hutch. Apparently they are for sale, rm20+ for a rabbit and rm2500++ for a deer. You could ask the care taker to prep them beforehand.
I bet it will be awesome to do a bbq session with family.
