★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hard to get a parking place. Double park is everywhere. Noisy and nasty(kids) , dirty and vandalism on public facilities and not safe area for women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Dubai international driving license in my pocket since I entered Malaysia 4 years ago, but I never used it for driving, because I afraid that how to follow the roads according to the required destinations due to very confused routes while on drive. Thank God that at last I found the Maps App,and since a few months I am driving all over the roads without any mistakes, and it's location or directions are very much perfect & according to our desire. It saved my time wasting, driver's salary, increased my knowledge about roads & locations, it deleted confusion & scare from my mind and gives courage for driving safely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place begs so many questions families that can afford expensive cars but yet they cannot move out, the place is murky with foul smell and odour, the kids are recklessly running around even at night. There is a cockroach infestation in the lifts. The people throw rubbish everywhere even in the staircases. there is too many cars here almost impossible to park anywhere. I once parked there to go to the market and kids scratched my car and took my tyre caps. Then the upstairs occupants spit down to the motorcycle parking below that is always wet. A friend of mine got robbed here before. There is 3 morning mosques that blare uncontrollably in the morning at 6am I mean isn't for the sake of tolerance isn't 1 enough or 2 maximum. The units there have basically 3 rooms a small kitchen and 1 shower and 1 bathing area. The restaurants downstairs is so eerie to eat worst of all if there are hawkers at the lobby selling food do not buy it, I found 3 pieces of hair and a cockroach to add flavour. On top of the fact that businesses aren't allowed to set up in the lobby. There is no security interest he area and some women have been harassed or suffer it everyday. The lifts are constantly out of order and there is a water shortage that happens 2 times a year. Oh and feet stomping happens constantly with a side of screaming and shouting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low internet coverage, and hard to find parking. We have to park very far from the residential area. The kids are scattering everywhere without proper guidance. The rubbish is everywhere even though there are recycle area prepared.
