★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurusan tidak cekap..tarikh yang dah dibooking bertindih dgn cust lain..sudah check in siap2, bilik dah masuk dan anak2 dah mandi kolam..last2 kami kena halau sbb nak bg pada cust lain..pengurusan sangat tidak bertanggungjawab..memalukan sbb kami 4 family booking kena halau
Management is not efficient..dates that have been booked overlap with other customers..check in is ready2, the room has entered and the children have bathed in the pool..last2 we have to be chased away because we want to talk to other customers..management is very irresponsible..shameful we 4 family bookings had to be expelled
