★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very conformable plase for living in for a long term .. quit and clean .. only one have a pool near to the UTM university .. yet it location is not the best where there is no any kind of shops near by .. you have to get a car or pick every time you want something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At first I am very excited to rent at this premise. Everything is fine until I realize their jewel, the pool and gym are not maintained. Sadly the pool is open but it is full of debris n dead leave at the bottom of it. So nobody really take a dip in it. Such a shame. And the gym is locked. I dont know if it is ever open. I would love if it can open afterwork until midnight. It really such a waste. If the management can maintain this two facilities in impeccable condition and useable at any time. Would very much like to stay long. And also this qualities can attract new buyer or renter all alike coz this is the only Skudai apartment with pool. It really need some polishing
