★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old condo around elite Tmn Melawati, under radar within less 20 mins to KL, 2 mins to access mrr2 to Gombak..Genting Karak highway (for rider like me this is heaven sbb lps ride trs blh blk rumah) BUT th view is SPECTACULAR! At th block 22 u may find klcc view at th verandah..n even at ur parking bay... at th front door u may see th greenie Bukit Tabur east n west.. How cud u resisted ur morning wif flora n fauna.. monkeys, birdies, th skies .. kabus yg tebal, windy, full of oxygen.. No necessarily put A/C .. everything's ok including nice neighborhoods, got activities in surau n friendly ppl except maintenance of th lifts n th buildings.. (hey wat do u expect for more than 20 yrs of condo)..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ any1 wants to buy an apartment here, do think twice or thrice! The developer is under liquidation, quit rent outstanding of rm4 million & land category has yet to b changed frm commercial to residential!! To live here, a car is needed as 1 has to walk a distance to go home or to go to the main road!
Never the less, the environment is so cozy as it is surrounded by trees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place need to be refurbish from time to time in terms of its aesthetics and cleanliness. Besides the elevator for its highest tower is damn slow and old. Plus the refuse chamber needs to be a lot bigger, cleaner and brighter in terms of lighting to cater more solid waste on a daily basis. Maintenance should be a top priority especially in the M&E parts besides structural repairs for the building to last for a couple more of decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiance is good. Only wildlife such as wild monkeys and wild cats causing trouble. Very cosy area. Good neighbors. Utilities are moderate as building is old. Lift is not reliable until they change new.
