★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Badly managed - frequent lift breakdown, people smoking in lift lobby, mosquitoes, pets and smell of pet faeces, half-hearted cleaning and no action on complaints. The worse thing is they pestered the city hall to cut down landscaping trees outside the property perimeter fencing next to the highway, really big trees that is decades old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for 3 years. If facing the highway. Its a mess. Quite hot as no more trees left around it. Lots of dengue cases, preferred to move out. Quite pricey for its standards

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The in house cafe has an extensive menu serving very hearty & satisfying meal. Outsiders are allowed to enter into the condo to visit this cafe. You can find the cafe on food panda & grab food too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This condominium is one of the best managed condo in KL where all facilities are well maintained. The density is low and you feel peaceful to stay here. No issue of non payment of maintenance fee by owners as mainly all well educated owners and if it does has any errands owner, water supply will be cut.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude and unprofessional guards. Little to no management. Old and dated place with broken lifts, extremely dirty and noisy. The common space kids are extremely loud for 4-5 hours everyday and noise from Federal Highway.
The units inside are dirty, broken fittings and amenities and above all has a dank smell. Terrible, terrible place. Was a waste of money staying there. Gym is old and non functional.
The location is also horrible as there is no nearby bus or train station and no footpath around to walk.
The convenience store downstairs is the most inconvenient shop there is. It is almost always closed and mostly EXPIRED goods!
No groceries nearby- the nearest is almost 20-30 minutes walk.
In summary, not worth it. DO NOT rent, definitely DO NOT buy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place that's been around for a while. Spacious public facilities and good residential location (if you have a car, easy access to other parts of KL such as Midvalley and Brickfields). Security is basic but focused mainly on the entrance. Generally clean and well maintained.
