★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calm and serene surrounding, perfect neighbourhood.. however not for the building- the house just poorly constructed by the lousy developer - LBS. Too many defects.. don forget to check above ceiling. Mine, i found a branch of tree was used to support the deflected ceiling that its frame already fail.. refer picture..never cross my mind contractor will take that short cut and just used tree branch instead of proper construction material i.e timber or steel structure.
