★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here for home quarantine band removal. We were allocated 2:30pm slot. The entire process took under 15minutes. They give you 2 forms in Malay to fill up your name, IC/passport number, address, phone number, start and end date of quarantine. We later got to know that this is the home quarantine release letter.
Then once your turn comes up you can go inside, the first person marks off your name in the list and a puts a seal on your forms. Next person takes a copy of the form and then cuts/removes the band. That's it.
There's plenty of parking space on the road since it's a dead end.
