★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious and comfortable...with ample amount of parking space. The toilet is clean but not that spacious. Location is not a problem as it is situated right next to a main road. With an option for rental with or without the air conditioning system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for a wedding reception. A very cosy venue, cool enough because it was equipped with air conditioning even when around hundreds of guests lurking around and enjoying their hot meals. The parking spaces were also more than enough.
