★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had all the locks in my hse installed by Dextrous. The service were good and friendly. That was 10 yrs ago and this is the first time that we need some very minor repair done. That speaks volume abt the quality. And the service today is much better, very professional but warm and friendly. Having Sarah calling me back to ask whether I am satisfied with the work done when it just involved changing a small ball is world class. Keep up the good job and excellent customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got stuck out coz we forgot the keycard and keypad didn’t work anymore, so had to break the lock and didn’t have a lock for a few days. Decided to go with a mechanical lock to prevent future breakdowns. Searched for PJ locks, Dextrous came up. WhatsApped about mechanical lock options that will fit our door, and now we can sleep peacefully at night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and response from Sarah and Zul the installer. Sent an enquiry at 9pm and got a reply at 10pm from Sarah. The other 2 locksmiths I contacted either replied next day at 3pm or did not reply. My lesson is this, invest in a lock that like your car can be easily serviced. Dextrous sold my Baldwin lock more than 20 years ago and still services it. I was worried, I had to replace the whole lock or worst the whole front door by misplacing my spare key - so who you buy locks from is as equally important as the lock itself. Keep up the good work.

Installer is experienced in working around previous lock and modifying the frame to perfection.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was handing over my project in Bangsar and my client gave a last minute request to change the locksets of the main door. Been buying from Dextrous SS2 but its my first visit to this shop. Went there by 9am and it was a fast and smooth purchase. Miss Uma was such a great help. A true professional and very well versed in the products, a rare an honest sales person...gave us a good deal and managed to arrange for installation by 2pm on that day itself. Surprisingly the installer reached right on the dot. A service that deserve a 6 stars!
The shop is spacious, the products displayed very well and I can spend hours there if I was not rushing for time ? Thank you very much.
