★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad seller, does not want to receive return even though i am eligible to have 14 days return. and they used excuse that the item is broken even though i told them it is not. but they kept using that word and reject the return.
UNLIKE BuyGain Pet Products in Shopee, the seller very supportive and really kind when I want to do exchange. I am talking with my experience here. i bought big pet caago for my dog there. and it is just too bad I bought the one for my cath here in unrecommended store.

The staff even helped me to carry a box of goods to my car. Well done. Will return to stock up again.
