โ โ โ โ โ Service was extremely bad and disappointing. At first, to convince me buying property here, everything ok lah whatsoever, marketing lol.
In addition, when it came to TNB registration, I need to contact their contractor and somehow pay another 250MYR (different payment from deposit), pay another sum of 260MYR to TNB which made total cost to register for TNB = 510MYR. Then, the day when i paid the contractor 250MYR, he promised that electricity will be available on the next day i make the payment to TNB and not to worry. Deyy already paid 510MYR pun service like this? ่ฉๆฌบ
