★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We made a family trip of 2 adult and 1 kid 5yrs old; to bali 4D3N, frm 24.1.2020 till 27.1.2020 with Dhesu. Really superb trip especially fist timer like us. Well plant iternery, 3 star hotel wt great service, food varity & delicious; Malaysian taste, all entrence fee covered, English speaking friendly tour guide, amazing dolphine watching at Lovina beach. Great Service Dhesu. Arrangement done under Ms.Angeline. we will travel more with Dhesu in future. Thank you so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy service. Just because I did not confirm my previous tour package with them because of timing resson, they refuse to entertain and even reply your new inquiries now.
I used to deal with Mrs Devi and she looked down and will not serve repeating customer who request for furher assistance and info on a tour package inquiry too.
Lousy employees overall.

Not responsible manager, I buy my air ticket from dhesu travel during matta fair on 17/ 03/ 2019 and we notice our seat was not booked with the airlines whan we do web check in, and the manager dumped us whan we call, he ask us to buy new ticket with more cost, make us to be at the airport 5 hours early to follow up with the ground staff. Everything is all about change name for my child on the ticket. I buy the ticket with mykid and I travel with mykad she change her ic, whan I contact dhesu travel to change name they say can't do it! must buy new ticket and I'm going to travel in 2 days.. and the cost for the new ticket is rm 3600.00, finely the airline change name on the ticket on the day we flying and the cost was only rm 150.00 as per the airlines the travel agent as to be responsible and do the name change.
