★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhiya ikan bakar and seafood has ample of parking for customers. The owner took the effort of having a parking in their compound for the ease of the customers. It has also a small playground for kids to play. Apart from that, the suggested menu is good and the price is affordable starting from RM 40 for the first menu served for 2 persons. The taste is standard for all the Malay Ikan Bakar Stalls/Restaurants in Kuala Perlis so you can expect what type of menu/taste you can get here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best seafood restaurant that I eat,price also reasonable.simple menu but the taste was vòila , perfecto , wanna cry because I couldn't taste every food that they have,tummy too full.most importantly the waiter will not let you waited too long,after you scan my sejahtera you'll be seated and your order will be taken asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went there on the third of Raya, parking was tight..come early like 6pm..because we come like 8.30pm. waited for nearly 2 hrs for order to arrived. Food was ok..price ok..not cheap not expensive.

Food Taste: 3/5 (ikan bakar have the taste of kuala perlis signature ikan bakar style.. not like other places, its ingredients only consisty of salt, turmeric, condensed milk and margerine.. tomyam is so so.. sotong celup tepung also so so)
Waiting time: 4/5 (maybe because we arrive early 5pm so there is not many people yet. So the waiting time is not too long)
