 until when I pack the goods for a week or more ... I don't think about people to use the goods as soon as possible ... well, the management packs it, I don't know how to handle it ... I don't have a brain right away ...

What's the problem with this dhl ??? people are at home one day from the morning waiting for the goods to arrive ... the customer system arrives not at home ... can you please don't cheat ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Countless experience of late deliveries, failed deliveries and so on. The service getting worse and worse. I suggest HQ close this place. I stopped using this courier but sometimes seller opted to use DHL without my consent and again I have to face the same problem.

Too many unsatisfied customers keep on complaining, is there any action taken or you just ignored all the complain? Please be responsible for every items handed to you for delivery. Some of the items might be urgently needed.
