★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called few times to check on my parcel but they did not picking up. Must be very busy sorting parcels. I will never use dhl e-commerce again as my courier services. Order thru online and parcel from Perak but took more than 7 days to reach me. I say goodbye to dhl.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good. However, a piece of advice to shopee seller or to those who want to drop off. The road conditions to depot is seriously bad. Potholes are as large as a meter deep. Not worth to risk a puncture in tire just to drop off. To DHLeC management, please add more drop off points. I was told some of parcelhub are no longer accepting DHLeC parcels.
EDIT: Even the reply to this review by DHLeC is not related to my complaint. What a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived alor setar since 9.9.2021 but I still didnt received the parcel until now 18.09.2021. I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROMISE ME TO SEND THE PARCEL 17.09.2020 BUT I STILL DONT RECEIVED IT YET. Terrible service. The worst courier experience with DHL!!! Not recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why Shoppee selected DHL courier service as a partners ? The processing efficiency really slow & worse since the parcel processed at KL facility 7/05/2022 waiting until 12/05/2022 just seen movements. by 13/05/2022 arrived to Alor Setar facility at Star Gate Tandop but until 18/05/2022 still not yet make delivery???
