★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask for courier service expecting fast delivery but parcel reach hub many days still pending for delivery.
Main line no one answer and always ask leave a message or ask to call back later but call from morning till late still no one answer.
BM depot no phone provided, worse than any other courier service in Malaysia.
Damn bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL commerce is a well known for their laziness dispatcher with the confusing system. I waited so long at home from morning till evening. Without update on tracking page "out for delivery", and not sure what time the dispatcher came at night probably after 7pm. and I was not at home at that time. Called the dispatcher to rearrange the delivery but he says no longer working at DHL. What kind of service is this? seems they are hiring part time workers to make the delivery for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buy items from shopee last week, supposed to receive on 17th. until today 20th still haven't arrived. call the Customer Service they tell me they don't even know what happened to the parcel after it last left the KL facility on the 16th. Somemore couldn't give me a case number to follow up on. seriously worse service than J&T, GDEX, and even Poslaju

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regret to choose DHL as courier when I purchase stuffs from Shopee. It was pretty OK previously, no issue with slow delivery. However, during my recent purchase, they are super slow.. Item was purchased on 1st June, and there is no update after 3rd or 4th June after being transit in KL. Then until 6th only shows it reached Penang.. but still not sign of delivery.. Guess I have to wait again...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service by Dhl...system showed parcel arrived at facility but when contact the customer service, the parcel still in transit. The same price is being charge but delivery time is not as promised. There is always a million reason behind their poor service. Better improve or do not proceed with this biz. Never ever going use this service. Empty promises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my products in Shopee. The seller shipped out the products on 17 Feb, I shall expect to arrive on next 1 or 2 days, just from Gopeng to Spg Ampat, Penang. However, after some days, still not received. Until 22nd, I sent to chat to Messenger. I called up DHL KL to follow up on 23rd. And also called up Shopee. Until 24th, I got replied from KL, they will try to help. Later afternoon, the parcel is placed behind my car boot without my knowng ! And I got replied on Messenger on 3rd March ! So, my personal opinion, DHL is so well know and reputation, if it cannot provide good service, it is better not involve in local courier which will jeopardize the company reputation. It is strongly not recommended to use DHL eCommerce !

My parcel 11am show out for delivery, so i wait at home until 9pm, i went to check the status it shown "the customer reschedule due to not at home" Hello????I am at home all the time and i did not receive any phone call........If you all cannot send then please arrange for my own pick up, very bad service, I don't understand , n
