A bad service from this branch after all. I'm not satisfied at all.

Hi! Just want to share my experience in DHL. I have ordered around 5 parcels to be exact during this MCO and it is the fastest courier to deliver my parcel compare to other couriers during MCO. The staffs are nice also, plus no damage on my parcels. Usually they deliver the next day after the seller shipped out the parcel and sometimes less than 24 hours! I'm glad I choose DHL!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really regret with the service. DHL already pick up my parcels from the sellers on the 15th of Feb. And I was told that the parcels will be delivered on the 22nd of Feb. I intend to self pick up the parcels tomorrow (19th of Feb) but i was told to do it on the 20th of Feb. What a low standard of delivery for the big name like this company. Official complaint will be made soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't receive my parcel even though my parcel is out for delivery on 4th May and still didn't receive it TODAY. It's almost 3 days since my parcel is out for delivery. The person in charge of my parcel didn't bother to reply my WhatsApp and phone call. Very bad service and I'm disappointed. I want to receive my parcel TODAY by hook or by crook!!!!
