★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since tracking indicated that the psckage is out for delivery, I waited the whole day for it & did not want to step out of the house in case I missed it. but by end of day, it did not come. By the time i managed to get the updated tracking status it said "undeliverable." What a waste of my time & such poor & unproductive sevice by DHL Ecommerce!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ called multiple times to ensure&been told my item was out for delivery today. waited till 5pm and called again, being told item not even schedule for delivery today. What kind tracking system DHL use?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If u purchase online, pls do not choose DHL, because their courier man won’t deliver your parcel on time or ask you to collect yourself.
After a week I still can’t get my parcel, but once you collect yourself in the morning at this warehouse, they ask you to come after 10am. So, may I asking DHL, what the purpose we choose courier service?
Very bad experience. Won’t choose DHL anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service delivery sooo badddd, no good services, I still waiting in the house but that parcel not arrived ?. That parcel already arrived on the logistics DHL e-commerce Johor on Saturday early morning. But service DHL e-commerce Johor no responsible about that, they never sent that a day, now Monday morning so I still waiting on the front door. I'm so truly regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team are so responsible ! Actually rider had arrived my place around 7pm but then he found out my parcel was left in depot. He said he can delivery again to me on 9pm and keep saying sry to me.
So i talk to rider i will collect myself, so he share me the leader contact number, in the end manage to get my parcel at 8pm+
