Cuma sejak jnt buat hal saya bukak cour lain paling utama dhl. So 1st time saya drop parcel lat sini,
Sorry to say, customer service so rude, ada lelaki lembut jaga, main phone, saya tanya drop mana, dengan gaya mcm nak xnak cakap letak sana, kepala tengok phone, sambil cakap lepas tu tulis nama, blur gila weyh, jnt letak je, aku terhengeh2
Tanya tulis sini ke, dia ignore sambil tengok phone, cakap dengan tembok rupanya,, so sad.. That attitude memang babai lah DHL.
Masuk kereta terus Off DHL, bukak citylink n ninja van dulu. Nasib ada parcel hub berdekatan
For 4 stars because I want to share 1, I just want to reprimand, I am a shopee seller for 2 days sending parcels to use jnt,
Only since jnt do something I open another cour most important dhl. So 1st time I drop parcel lat here,
Sorry to say, customer service is so rude, there is a gentle man in charge, play phone, I asked where to drop, in mcm style I want to talk to put it there, head look at the phone, while talking then write the name, crazy blur weyh, jnt put it I terhengeh2
Tanya wrote here, he ignored while looking at the phone, talking to the wall apparently ,, so sad .. That attitude is really a pig DHL
Get on the train and then Off DHL, open citylink n ninja van first. Luckily there is a parcel hub nearby
