β β β β β Worst customer service ever. Tried to call them to ask about the parcel status but the staff being extremely impatient, and keep refusing to help. Our parcel status had shown out for delivery for two days but we are yet to received the parcel. So I call to make sure where is the parcel, I can pick up myself. But the staff keep pushing his responsible telling he is unable to check without the tracking number, even after I stated I can provided the number, he said he won't be able to check at all.
Raise his voice to customer and totally refuse to help. Chinese boy

β β β β β It's really conveniet for parcel drop off, ease for parking, there is vehicle drop off space just in front of it as well. Staffs are helpful and responsive, every time I drop off my parcel here very easy and fast, less than 10 second! ^^ hassle free!
