-It say delivery attempted, I am at home whole day. No one come to deliver!
- Status say details is not complete (full address and phone number attached as it order from Shopee). No problems until now!
- No one call me for further ask about if they have any questions and cannot find my home.
I see your comments to chat DHL through FB chat, I chat 3 days ago. No one reply me until now. Please la, DHL. Don't give excuse of MCO. Other company no MCO? I can get item after 1-2 days for other others company, this one almost one week already also haven't reach.Totally unacceptable! You such big company why do until like this? Please improve. I will not use DHL anymore, but Shopee won't let me choose now.

โ โ โ โ โ Parcel arrived hub at 11th June 8.32 AM, and began processing on 12th June 11.02 AM. So wth have you been doing processing for 3 days and still no update in system nor anyone contact me for delivery or such?? How long are you planning to keep my parcel? Terrible. I've emailed complain to your customer service email then you got the audacity to ask me to call customer service?

1st: Bad time management, shop always closed ealier than advertised.
2nd: Staffs sometimes take more than 24 hours to scan dropped off parcel.

โ โ โ โ โ DHL contractor screws up. DHL eCommerce 5920150553053082 I was waiting for this order (I have many orders via Shopee). Today checked, the delivery had been completed more than a week ago. Shocked to see no proof of delivery. This contractor is terrible. DHL Kulim should find other contractor. I need a refund.
