โ โ โ โ โ I did not even manage to ship anything yet as the proper packing was not available. I was promised an update, whether positive or negative but it was only provided a day later, after I had to personally go to the center and be told the carton has yet to arrive. When it comes to courier service, I am sure you would agree timing is important and critical. Such delayed response does not give me any confidence that my shipment will processed in a timely manner.
