★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointed with delivery of my parcel to Penang. 12PM 3rd February 2021 I sent my parcel at the centre and the customer service girl said by Saturday can reach Penang but until now the parcel still at KL ? Took 4 days from Klang to KL... NO NEXT TIME!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 27th feb out for delivery, on the 9th mac still not received my parcel. 4 times excuse "customer reschedule due to not ready" without any calls to the customer, 2 times called 30992800, said want to push for delivery after complaining they use different excuses "due to courier work load", already losing patience, just send the parcel please, today excuse "due to courier work load" smh
