Jadah buat keje... Puihhh... Tak hantar salahkan customer kata tukar jadual... Tak de sape call pon nak hantar tu... Siyalll
It's kind of illegal ... I didn't call, I didn't do anything .. When I checked the trackiny, I said the customer who changed the schedule ... if I didn't have time to send the call, I said I didn't have time ... Don't say the customer who changed the schedule ... Jadah buat keje .. Puihhh ... I didn't send it, blame the customer for changing the schedule ... I don't want anyone to call me to send it ... Siyalll

Liar- I tried the tracking number prior pick up but did not show. Only after item pick up then show the whole tracking history. System problem? Yea, sure that convenient excuse.
DHL does not delivered outside Teluk Intan? They expect you to pick up the parcel if you do!
My old dad has to retrieve the item personally and he has difficulty for driving.
Please DHL, treat your customer with more respect, especially senior citizen and they lives OUTSIDE teluk intan too.
I am disappointed and so angry with their service.
note: I removed remarks such as "Babi betul, stupid, aku doakan korang tua nanti merasalah karma buat orang tua macam tu", prior to this comment.
Avoid DHL at all cost.
